Project on the Black Sea Coast

The management company GGM is working with its partners on the infrastructure project, which is being implemented in Batumi, near the Black Sea coast.
Within the framework of the project, the construction of 12,000 square meters of residential and commercial spaces has been started since 2022 and will be put into operation in 2025.

Full budget of the project: 3 million USD.
