Handling a Business Company Crisis

In September 2022, GGM took over the management of the business in crisis, which was halted due to the impact of the Covid pandemic.
The founder of a business had assets of 1 million but was unable to manage operations, financial issues and raise the necessary financing.
Within two months of taking over the project, the GGM team developed the project management system, found the necessary financing (loan from the bank), and in November 2023 the crisis in the business was completely overcome. Today that business company is continuing to operate and progress as usual.
