Infrastructure project on the Black Sea coast

GGM is working on a plot of land (around the Black Sea coastline in the country of Georgia) owned by the client - business group, to plan an infrastructure project, organize architecture work, and obtain a construction permit.

After obtaining a construction permit, GGM will set up a project management team, find the funding needed, and begin project implementation.

Project budget: 2,400,000 USD.
