Shareholding Management
We manage a 50% or less ownership stake in an operating company (business), which includes, upon the shareholder’s (client’s) request, cooperation with the company’s management and other partners, involvement in the company’s operations, analysis of revenues and expenses, and management of the process of receiving the shareholder’s entitled dividends.
Shareholding management also includes managing the process of selling the client’s ownership stake upon the shareholder’s request. In such cases, the value of the stake is determined together with the client, and we work on the sale of the company’s shareholding as an asset.
We manage ownership stakes ranging from 1% to 50% in active limited liability companies (LLCs) that possess operating assets.
