ჩვენ ვმართავთ მოქმედ კომპანიაში (ბიზნესში) 50% და ნაკლებ %-ის წილს, რაც გულისხმობს წილის მესაკუთრის (დამკვეთის) დავალებით, კომპანიის მენეჯმენტთან და სხვა პარტნიორებთან მუშაობას, კომპანიის საქმიანობაში ჩართულობას, შემოსავლების და ხარჯების ანალიზს, კუთვნილი დივიდენდის მიღების პროცესის მართვას.
