Development and Construction of Residential Buildings in Tbilisi

GGM manages a large-budget infrastructure project, within the framework of which 4 multi-purpose residential houses are being built in Tbilisi. The project is implemented by consolidating the capital of companies and individuals working in different fields living in Georgia.
Within the framework of the project, the construction works of one facility started in August 2023, and the construction of the second building will start in November 2023.
Full budget of the project: 13 million USD.
