Paper Cups Factory

Within the frame of the project, which was implemented by GGM, it was planned to set up a paper cup factory, which would produce single-use cups of four volumes (100 ml, 150 ml, 175 ml, 200 ml), cold and hot paper cups. The company purchased additional land plot and building for the new project, where it was planned to build a factory.

GGM, with the involvement of representatives of the client company, conducted all the necessary research, developed sources for the production of paper cups, analyzed competitors' products, developed a complete business model and achieved results through active communication with financial institutions: found the necessary funding (cheap) for the project.

Project budget: 715 000 GEL.
