GGM management company team is managing a company that owns an 8,800 sq.m. non-agricultural land plot in Mtskheta, located in a highly active tourist area with beautiful views and lush greenery.

The objective of the GGM team is to develop a business project on the land plot based on a model that does not involve capital construction, but rather utilizes only temporary structures.

GGM is seeking a company operating in the tourism and/or event management sectors, with experience in developing similar locations and implementing projects such as event organization, entertainment attractions, and the utilization of unique views and locations.

Ultimately, a business project will be developed through a partnership (collaboration) between GGM, the landowner, and the partner company.
