Restaurant Rebranding

GGM undertook management of the restaurant “Batumarani’’, located at №111, V.Gorgasali Street, in Batumi, Georgia. 

After engaging in management: 

✓ A company concept and action plan has been developed; 

✓ A strategic objective was defined as increasing revenue and profitability by 50%, compared to the previous period; 

✓ Implementation of the rebranding of the restaurant; 

✓ Recruitment process has been put in place; 

✓ A marketing strategy has been developed;
