Project History

With the assistance of GGM, a company struggling to increase revenues created a sales-oriented strategy.

Company management, working on the service development and product quality improvement areas, were not satisfied with revenue due to poor sales performance.

After GGM entered into management of the company, an implementation of a multi-component program for increasing sales has been started.

Resultantly, sales development tools and a time-consuming planning have been established.
