Business Funding

An operating development company in Tbilisi, has owned a land plot with a construction permit to
build a residential buildings since 2022. The company has liabilities towards both, the state
institutions and individuals.

After the “GGM Management Company” took under management theabovementioned
development company, the funds for the project necessary at the first stage were sought from
various sources: 70% of the project budget was financed by the bank, and remaining 30% was
funded by the financial partner (individual investors).

The project implementation has commenced, and construction of the property is expected to be completed in spring 2027.
