GGM successfully managed construction project suspended 11 years ago, since the August War 2008, due to the economic crisis. Only 1 floor of the facility had been built. The crisis project had 48 affected families waiting for an apartment, or compensation for eleven years.
The management company team solved all the organizational, legal, technical and financial issues. Developed a financial business model for the profitability of the project, agreed with both government agencies and families affected by the process.
Properly developed business project was funded by JSC TeraBank. Construction was completed in the spring of 2022, the facility has been put into operation and all parties are satisfied with the process.
Total project budget: $ 1.9 million.
