A detailed description of GGM practice, established in direction of business investment:

Natural person, and/orcompany, that wants to invest into business in a way that, money is protected, benefits are guaranteed and risks are insured, becomes the owner of a preferred share of “GGM Management Company”.

The main advantages of preferred share holders of a joint-stock company “GGM”:



I. Defensibility of the amount invested into preferred share includes:

1.1 Owning preemptive right on property division, in case of reorganization or liquidation of the joint-stock company; 1.2. Entitlement to a fixed (stable) dividends;
1.3. A personal guarantee is being taken by the business group founder, at the request of the shareholder;
1.4.A real estate provision, at the request of the shareholder;
1.5. An insurance guarantee provision, at the request of the shareholder.
