Project Funding

An experienced development company oriented at construction of the high standard individual
(private) houses, was planning to build the mentioned type of houses on Lisi, in Tbilisi (with a
neighborhood development concept), however it failed to find the necessary funding.

The “GGM Management Company” team worked out the project, drafted the business model, and
provided consultings with both banks and individual investors. As a result the project was 100%
financed by one of the banks on terms acceptable to the founders of the company.

Project implementation process has already been started. The project owner is independently responsible for the construction and sales of the property.
