Fundraising for Business

An operating enterprise in Georgia, manufacturing food products is in need of re-equipping the
machinery, automatization of the production and increase of performance by 5 times.

The enterprise management is interested in searching for grants and low-cost financing available for
the period from October, 2024 till May, 2025.

The fundraising process for the enterprise is managed by the “GGM” team. Management process
included: production process diagnostics and clarification of needs, on the basis of which further
activities were planned in two strategic directions, to obtain the necessary funds: a) search for the
grants, that comprise 50% of the project budget; b) filling the remaining 50% of the budget with a
bank loan, which was participating in a state support program (co-financing the interest ( %) of the
loan).

Project total budget: 850 000 GEL (along with, grant budget: 425 000 GEL)
