Financing of a development project

The management company GGM is working on securing financing for the implementation of a construction and development project located in Tbilisi. A residential building construction permit has been issued for the land plot. The project has existing obligations towards both state institutions and private individuals.

After taking over the project management, the GGM team prepared a construction cost estimate, developed a business model, conducted research on competing projects and indicative sales prices for marketable areas, and commenced efforts to attract financing.

Construction works on the property are planned to commence in autumn 2027.

Total project budget: USD 8,500,000.
