Attracting investors into business
An operating business in Georgia needed to find necessary financing to implement the ongoing
project, however consultations held with banks appeared to be unsuccessful , as the banks
demanded for financial participation (co-financing by the business), and the business founders had
no free money at that time.
For the given case the GGM team ran a business diagnosis, drafted the businessplan, reached an
agreement upon the main part of the financing (70%) with one of the largest banks operating in
Georgia, and for the purpose of co-financing attracted an individual investor to the company as a
partner.
As a result, the project was fully funded and is already actively operating.
