New residential complex “Aroma Gardens” is being built in Dighomi, with the financial support of Basisbank

The “Aroma Gardens” project, managed by the development company GGM, encompasses a residential complex planned on a 19,000 sq.m land plot, featuring green areas, recreational, and sports spaces. The concept of the project is based on the desire to live in harmony with nature while embracing the modern urban lifestyle.

The project is being implemented in partnership with the Tbilisi City Municipality. As part of the initiative, 21% of the apartments will be allocated to families affected by cooperative housing developments.

Construction of Block A is being carried out with the financial support of Basisbank. The total project budget amounts to 6,000,000 USD.

Construction works are being executed by the construction company USTA.
