“GGM” Management Company in partnership with JSC “Terabank” is implementing the
project - Boulevard Residence in vicinity of a New Boulevard, in Batumi.
The project implies construction of a 13-storey multifunctional facility, located on The Black
Sea coast, Batumi, in a very active tourist area.
JSC “Terabank” represents the financial partner of the project. Construction works are
implemented by the construction-development company USTA. Total budget of the project: 3 000 000 US dollars.
