“GGM” Management Company in partnership with JSC “Terabank” and in cooperation with Tbilisi Municipality Government is implementing the project – Aroma Residence in Vazisubani district, Tbilisi.
Construction of a 10-storey residential building is implied by the project, 22% of apartments in which will be handed over to members of former housing construction cooperatives (affected families).
JSC “Terabank” represents the financial partner of the project. Construction works are implemented by the construction-development company USTA. Total budget of the project: 2 800 000 US dollars.
