Search for the financing

The business group opearating in Georgia, is in need of searching necessary financing for the new
project.

The project considers construction and commission of a multy-functional facility (trading centre,
business centre, residential area, hotel ).

The task for the “GGM” company team is to resolve the issue of fundraising for 100% of project
budget, from which approximately 70% will be financed by the bank, and remaining 30% - by the
Georgian or foreign investor (individual or legal entity).

The team of “GGM” has already finished up with drafting the project businessmodel, and actively
cooperates with banks and investors for fundraising.
