Furniture Company Strengthening Project

GGM is managing a project to develop one of the largest furniture companies in Georgia, which involves searching for the necessary funding (grant) for the purchase of new machinery to improve production quality and increase productivity.

Within the framework of the project, a business model was developed, machines of the required characteristics were selected, a grant proposal was prepared and submitted to donor organization. The GGM team successfully completed the project. The necessary financing (grant) has been received, the contract has been signed and the equipment has been purchased.
